Great Lakes Region Sales Manager

Chad Bowerman has spent the last decade in sales management with numerous internet security and technology companies. Prior to joining ArcMail, Chad was the Channel Manager for Barracuda Networks and a sales executive with Advanced Technology Resellers in the Great Lakes Region.

Chad has had successful experience selling and managing relationships in all arenas with emphasis on Fortune 500 companies.

Brian Crouch

Pacific Region Sales Manager

Brian brings over 19 years of experience in channel, direct and OEM sales. Before joining ArcMail, he worked for PivotStor selling through the VAR channel to businesses of all types and led sales efforts for their eMail Management Appliance. Brian has also spent six years with Seagate and Quantum selling to large strategic OEM’s. Earlier, Brian was co-founder of ITM Solutions, a software & website language translation start up where he was responsible for all areas of sales.

Eddie Dunn

Sales Engineer/SouthCentral Sales Manager

Eddie Dunn is a seasoned solutions architect and sales engineer with over fifteen years experience. He has engaged in technology consulting projects for Fortune 500 companies while employed by companies such as Dell and SoftBank. Eddie holds a MCSE Certification from Microsoft with a special focus on messaging environments. Additionally, he has over twenty years of technology sales background including sales engineering engagements with numerous Fortune 100 clients.

Western Region Sales Manager

Chad Madenwald manages ArcMail’s Western United States accounts by assisting resellers and customers before, during and after a sale. Prior to joining ArcMail, Chad spent eight years in customer service and business management.

Linda Merriweather

Northeast Region Sales Manager

Linda brings over twenty years experience and a wealth of energy and passion to the network security arena. Prior to joining ArcMail, Linda was with Barracuda Networks and Hewlett-Packard where she managed national enterprise accounts with much of her focus in the K-12 education and manufacturing environments. Presently, as Northeast Sales Manager for ArcMail, Linda manages accounts in all industries regarding compliancy, e-discovery and beyond.

Jim Belcoure

International Account Manager

Jim Belcoure draws on 16 years of technology sales experience to lead Defender sales in international markets. Prior to joining ArcMail, Jim worked in marketing, sales and hardware distribution capacities for several companies including Marketlink Technologies, Micro America, Orbit USA and Pro Components.

Susanne Biddle

Central U.S Account Manger

As an account manager, Susanne Biddle generates sales leads and manages relationships with both end users and resellers throughout the central Unites States. Before joining the technology industry, Susanne worked in various positions for national and regional banks such as Chase, Capital One and Regions.

Jessica Passarella

Sales Administrator

Jessica Passarella offers sales support for the entire sales team, filling order entries, processing and shipping orders and distributing reseller kits. Prior to joining ArcMail, Jessica served in a host of administrative and executive assistant roles for companies such as Tobias Financial, Knowledge Beginnings and Wood Group Pressure Control.
