Administrative/Accounting Assistant

Job Description: Candidate reports to and works under the direction of the CEO and the Controller. Duties include but are not limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, general office duties and administrative tasks, banking duties, coordinating and scheduling travel arrangements.

• 4 year degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent experience

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Knowledge of Accounting Software
• Ability to multi-task
• Maintain Accounts Receivable and contact Customers with Past Due Accounts

Senior UNIX Software Engineer

Job Description: Experienced UNIX programmer with working knowledge of Linux, Perl and MySQL, Knowledge of SMTP and email structure a plus.

• 4 year degree in Engineering or Software Development or 4+ years of programming experience in Perl, C or C++
• Specific Perl programming experience
• In-depth knowledge of Linux operation and application programming
• Familiar with Linux processes, daemons, ports and protocols
• Able to build secure Linux server and Linux RPMs
• Familiar with PXE, yum and how to implement these in a production environment
• Ability to write advanced shell scripts

• Experience in designing efficient database applications
• Experience with MySQL databases and queries
• Know how to install, manage and back up MySQL databases

• Experience with Linux mail servers
• Familiarity with SMTP, email structure, headers, enveloper, MIME, etc…
• Familiarity with Postfix
• Experience installing, configuring and managing MS Exchange and other mail servers
• Familiar with hardware and software RAID systems
• Familiar with LDAP and Microsoft Active Directory

Entry-level UNIX Software Engineer

QA Tester (white box)

Job Description: The white box QA Tester is responsible for testing application functionality in a time sensitive environment. Candidate will work closely with both the development group as well as technical support to ensure customer issues are tracked and resolved. Candidate is expected to be able to read and write Perl and SQL scripts and give advice or suggestions when a potential issue is found.

• BS in Computer Science or related

• Extensive knowledge of RAID configurations, Linux operating system, network and email systems, spreadsheets, word processing and Internet concepts are required.

• Able to write effective SQL scripts for back-end testing when needed.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies.
